Squash & Fitness Zone - Termy Cieplickie is the ideal place for people who take care of their health and fitness.This is the only sporting facility in Jelenia Gora, which offers a squash court, fitness classes,  a functional training zone, a swimming pool and a spa zone.

The zone is composed of:

  • a squash court,
  • a functional training zone,
  • an aerobic exercise zone,
  • a fitness zone with fitness classes.

The zone is open daily: 8:00 -22:00 
You can pay for the services with an electronic pass of The Cieplice Baths.
